Returns & Refunds

We have a 30 day returns and exchanges policy. We are unable to process returns or exchanges past 30 days since the purchase date. 

If there is an issue with your products, we are able to refund the purchase price or exchange products. 

Main Supply does NOT accept returns or refunds on any sale products or products bought during promotional periods. 

For grooming, Main Supply accepts returns and exchanges for faulty products ONLY within 30 days. We will not process a return, refund or exchange for any product that has been used. For any change of mind or additional return reasons on unused products (at our discretion), Main Supply is able to issue a credit note to be used within the Main Supply retail site for up to 12 months. 

Goods are deemed faulty only if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing defect can be demonstrated and proven by the customer within 7 days of purchasing products.

It is up to the sole discretion of Main Supply to determine whether a faulty claim is applicable for a return or exchange within a reasonable timeframe from the receipt of claim to our team. 

Please note - Main Supply take meticulous care in quality checking every and all items within our warehouse so that we can offer our customers the highest quality grooming products on a consistent basis. For the fastest results, please let us know of any issues you might have with an order as soon as you notice them. 

For clothing, Main Supply accepts returns or exchanges for faulty or damaged items or if you change your mind on the purchase due to sizing or design reasons within 30 days. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. Clothing must still have tags attached. All products must be in the original packaging. 

For all returns and exchanges, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you do not have proof of purchase we will not be able to process your request. 

To correct order packing errors or missing items from parcels, Main Supply does require proof of mistake to be supplied to us within 7 days of recieving your package. 

RETURNING ITEMS: 

The postage cost of returning an item to Main Supply is at the expense of the customer.

RETURN PROCESS: 

After you have posted your items, we will email you to notify you that your products have been received by our team at Main Supply HQ. 

All products are inspected and assessed in regards to their returns and exchange eligibility. We will notify you if your return or exchange is rejected for any reason. 

Once your items have been approved, we will either start the process for exchange or refund 

IF EXCHANGING: Then a supplementary item will be shipped to you within 3 business days. We will email you a tracking number once your items are on their way!

IF RETURNING: A credit payment will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you are experiencing delays with your return payment, please contact your bank or payment provider before contacting Main Supply.
