Main Supply Australia DOES NOT accept P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers as a valid delivery address. Our shipments are placed through an independent shipping courier who is not authorised to deliver to these locations (as this is standard policy upheld by Australia Post and applies to most independent shipping couriers including Couriers Please, Fastway & Fedex).
While we understand that this can be frustrating, this decision allows us to deliver our packages to our clients FASTER and allows us to continuously offer free shipping to everyone Australia-wide (including our regional friends).

All Main Supply orders (both domestic & international) are dispatched from our Australian warehouse within 2 business days of the order being placed.*
FOR AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:
Main Supply offers FREE standard domestic shipping for all orders placed within Australia. If your order is placed before 11AM on Monday - Thursday (excluding public holidays) we will place, pick and dispatch your order within 1 business day. All orders placed after 11AM or on days outside of those specified above will be picked and dispatched within the next 2 business days from date of order.
All Main Supply domestic shipping has an estimated delivery time between 3-7 business days from the dispatch of order (depending on the delivery address). Metropolitan areas can expect shorter shipping wait times.
Please note: All domestic parcels are marked with authority to leave parcel at the address with no signature. Main Supply takes no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels once they have been delivered. To ensure you recieve your parcel safely - please make sure you supply a secure postage address.
Express shipping is sometimes offered during holiday, campaign and busy periods at an additional cost. During these periods an express shipping option will be available at checkout. Express shipping is dispatched within 1 business day.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Main Supply International shipping fee starts at $15AUD*.
If your order is placed before 11AM on a business day, we will place, pick and dispatch your order within 1 business day.
All orders placed after 11AM or on days outside of those specified above will be picked and dispatched within the next 2 business days from date of order.
All Main Supply international shipping is done through standard international shipping services and can take anywhere between 7-15 business days to arrive (depending on the delivery address). Please note, this timeframe is only an estimated guide and doesn't take into account international customs requirements.
You will receive an automated email from us with parcel tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR ORDER YET?
If there is a problem with your order being dispatched, we will contact you within 48 hours of your order being placed. If we haven't contacted you, you can assume that your order was successfully dispatched.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION & RETURN TO SENDER CASES:
If during checkout you have supplied Main Supply Grooming with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and your parcel is returned to our warehouse due to a futile delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for re-shipping of the order.
Main Supply Grooming's shipping process is completely automated off the information you supply during checkout. Therefore, the Main Supply team can not guarantee that we will double check the details of your address during processing and dispatch. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all details entered during checkout are correct.
The futile parcel will be reshipped once Main Supply Grooming has recieved the payment for your reshipping through the agreed upon payment method.
If you do not wish to have your parcel resent to you, Main Supply Grooming will refund you the value of your order less the cost of the original shipping that was paid by Main Supply Grooming or the customer (depending on the order).
